The guild has resumed meetings on Mondays and Thursdays at the center. In the cafe both days, 1:30-3:30. No classes are scheduled at this time and no fees will be collected until January 2022. Masks and social distancing for those without vaccinations. Our friend VERNA HENDRICKS is a cancer survivor of 10 years or so, and is immuno-compromised. Despite vaccinations, her immunity to covid is not there. So please, when you are notified to wear masks and observe distancing at our art sessions, take it to heart so we can keep Verna with us. Thank you for that.
I hope as the year 2021 progresses we will regain our equilibrium, get up to speed and have the ability to safely congregate for classes, demos and just plain friendship.
My appreciation to each of you for the sweet support and concern expressed these past months of personal challenge and loss. We've all had so much to bear! The best part of the Guild is the enduring friendship, trust and sharing that happens.
