In an effort to control the spread of covid-19, Sandy Senior Center has given notice that beginning tomorrow, Friday, March 13, 2020, the center will be closed to all activities and events until further notice. SWG will endeavor to keep you updated and we'll work with our presenters to postpone/reschedule all of the fun Barb Glick has put together for us. Thanks. Keep your brushes wet!
Kathy Hoffman has made a great suggestion: Keep painting, and we'll have a share day when this is past. Yes! Let's!
Feel free, also, to post your photos to Karla (sandywatercolorinfo@gmail.com) and I'll try to get them to this blog or to our Facebook page: Sandy Watercolor Guild.
Be well everyone. Wash your hands often, use alcohol or peroxide wipes and spray to keep surfaces clean such as your steering wheel, doors on your car, key fob, phone, etc. Scrub the world off the minute you enter your home. Stay away from crowds. Call your medical provider for advice if you do feel sick; there will be contingent facilities for assessment: Don't take a chance on exposing others, especially our hard-working medical personnel. I hope there will be test kits and vaccines available for everyone soon.
My best to you all, and I hope we'll be together again soon.
Karla
