"VAN GOGH REVISITED"

"This course will focus on the principles and elements of composition. Our subject will be the late summer sunflower. I will supply a reference photo for all participants. We will have demos each week with personal discussions of the art piece of each student."

Materials: 

140 or 300 cold press watercolor paper

A basic set of watercolors

Brushes: 1"flat, #8 round, #6 rigger/script/or liner, 3/4 or 1/4 scrubber brush, colorless masking fluid.

This series has filled; classes begin Thursday Sept 7 at 1:00-3:30 in the café at Sandy Senior Center, and continue on each Thursday throughout September. You may arrive any time after 12:30 to begin set up and instruction will begin at 1:00.

We will also resume our Third Thursday evening meetings beginning Sept. 21 with Gwen Hawley leading the way. Thanks, Gwen!
